unprofessional. hired to install gas logs in fire place. Showed up without proper equipment. Rescheduled after four unreturned phone calls and prior to returning received a call that they did not wish to complete the job. Excuse they do not drill through ceramic tile . Meanwhile I had been instructed to purchase a gas log set at a cost of \$400.00 still sitting in my living room. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
