My husband and I have been with HenderCare for about 5 years. No body answered my calls before and we were thinking to leave HenderCare until I met my case coordinator now. She is an angel to us, listening to me. She organise everything for me. The gardener Kane is excellent and caring. The cleaner is good too.

My gardeners both Peters and my cleaner Husna provided excellent services.They have common sensein my approach to their work. In regards to my case manger Kasey , her performance is excellent and I say this as she follows up and she is available at any time. She makes me feel that I am not a nuisance. She always gets back in regards to my concerns. I have worked for hendercare for almost 5 yrs and I can honestly say that it has being a pleasure working for the company and highly recommend it. The Melbourne office staff have been very professional and lovely to work for. I would personally like to mention Monique from the service delivery and rostering service, Monique goes above and beyond to help the workers and the clients out and is a very kind and understanding natured person. Monique's people's skills and communication is exceptional.

I have been using Hendercare’s gardening service for a while now and I just wanted to express my gratitude for the continued high standard of care. Recently, a new gardener was assigned to my mum’s property and I was very impressed with his friendly demeanour, his willingness to listen carefully to what needed to be done and his excellent work ethic. We have been using HenderCare's aged care domestic services for the past two years and we couldn't be happier .Our support worker Chi does a fantastic job , she is such a great help to my husband and I . Monique in the office , who coordinates all of our services , is incredibly efficient and caring , she demonstrates exemplary people skills .
