This primary care office is caring and attentive to the patients needs. I have been very pleased with Dr. Andrew and her team
I have been trying to get a refill on my medication for over a month. During this time, I have called at least eight times and sent messages through the BayCare portal. I have received zero responses through the portal and zero call backs from any of the voicemails I have left. Each time I’ve spoken to someone, I’ve been told they are waiting to hear back from my insurance. The doctor herself deserves 1000 stars not only 5!! The physician is the most caring, professional, knowledgeable physician I had in 20 years!! The one star (wish there was 0 option) is for her clinical staff. I had been waiting weeks for a a Pre Authorization that should take literally 2 mins and they keep saying they are busy!! Like other review stated the clinical staff just don’t care. I got there and was not checked in, waited for almost an hour. The registration I did prior to visit seemed was not there so I had to re do family history and everything but didn't get to give all the answers I had previously provided because of the speed the nurse was going. Then when practitioner came to room, the info I had just given was completely gone/ replaced w records that weren't mine.
