Ms. Hence is an active listener that offers practical and actionable solutions. She is extremely knowledgeable and I felt empowered after talking with her. I would highly recommend Ms. Hence if you’re serious about achieving your mental wellness goals.
After the callsession ended, I felt victim blamed, judged, and silenced. I actually had to take time afterwards to collect myself. Not therapeutic for me.
