I can't say enough about this place! Everything was excellent....the food, service, staff...everything was perfectly timed and everyone was friendly. The food was absolutely remarkable. By far one of the best places I have ever been to for a meal. Keep up the good work!
A friend recommended Hen of the Wood to me and my husband. We stayed nearby in Stowe and made the very short drive to the restaurant. Thank goodness they had a last minute cancellation! Hen of the Wood was absolutely fabulous on all ends. The service was great, the food was spectacular, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I highly recommend dining hear if you ate staying in Stowe or nearby, and it's well worth a trip just for the experience. Make reservations well in advance if you are planning on going!
