Received a Santa as a gift purchased through Neiman Marcus. When it arrived one of the cardinals was sitting at the bottom of the box, the base had a chip in it and the Christmas Tree was not sitting in the hole in the base. Poor quality for the $300 + price that was paid for it!!! Tried to put the tree in the hole in the base and it didn’t fit properly. The lantern that the Santa had stopped working even with a new battery. Would never ask for this product again!

When we are making these products, each piece is checked before leaving our facility. A chip in the base should not have been sent out and it is possible it was damaged during shipping or if it was re-boxed from a store. Same as the cardinal, it should be secure in the tree. I purchased 2 Ditz bears over 25 years ago, and through the years my grandchildren love them. My husband surprised me with the black tall butler bear with the tray and dressed as Santa. All three of my Ditz Bears are together all ready for Christmas. Thank you for the beautiful creatures you make, the make me feel like a child again. Have a Very Beary Christmas!
I only know of the realistic plush lamb and he is amazing. I bought one for me first about ten years ago and four more for our grandchildren. There are two versions: one has mere embroidered black slits for his eyes which I adore; it makes it look like he is napping. We got the later version with shiny black buttons for his eyes for the children which they much prefer.
Anyone who loves bears simply MUST learn about these people, and adopt a bear TODAY! \\=^D
We have two bears and a bear rug. Love this place!
I love Ditz bear and Santa figures! Beautifully crafted and designed. These figures always get attention. They make a great display in our Christmas windows.
