Finally got in to the sharronville location...great store! They bought some great American made glass art from me and hopefully started a long relationship...
Drove over an hour on Sunday to this location, waited another hour after no one was in the shop or answering the phone hoping someone would show up to open the store. Even though their hours said 12, we left very frustrated and empty handed at 1:15. Store was never opened. After a few iffy encounters with this location, I'll never waste my time again. I've generally felt like a nuisance to employee's smoke breaks by coming in. The Dayton Wilmington st location is more reliably open, friendly and helpful.
Amazing service and products! Haven't been to another place that I actually had a hard time choosing between products to get. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
