They need to improve their return policy OR - at least advise their customers in a more transparent way. A sign to the side of the check out area - mixed in with a bunch of other stuff and tiny print on a tiny receipt are not what I consider transparent. Now I am stuck with an $80 bottle of CBD oil that my husband isn't allowed to use.

Bought a battery one day. Plugged it in to charge it, and left it for 5 min, it melted the battery and almost started a fire. The shop keeper did not care, would not listen to me, and was pretty rude. I don’t spend a lot, but hemptations has always been where I bought my supplies. I will find a new store and not come back.

They have wonderful items, and I love the idea of "green" products. they even have toys for dogs. the merchandise is high-quality. everyone can find something in this ecclectic shop.
