Called this morning wanna schedule a recall service for my 2023 aviator, and they refused to provide a loaner for me and said because I my vehicle was not purchased from Hempstead Lincoln, what do you think?
Very kind, fast and efficient
Unprofessional and extreme lack of communication. Try calling the service line for yourself and see if anyone picks up, they don't. I left my car there for service and didn't get any updates after 8 hours. I had to call the parts department and have them walk over to the service rep in order to get a response. I rely on my car to get to work and they didnt have the decency to tell me it needed to stay overnight when previously telling me to come pick it up at end of day.
