1st off I'm serious consumer. I figure I come and support this dealership to lease being I live in the neighborhood. I'm backing into a parking spot that clearly says csr parking and 1 of the worker in a lincoln comes and beeps his horn loud to tell me to move on he coming up behind me from the street. Shows he has no patience for that. You won't get my business. I'm the guy in the Tahoe that was actually excited to pull up until you showed your attitude behind the wheel.
Run away from the service department of this dealership as fast as you can. This is the most inept and unprofessional department I have ever taken a cart to. I purchased Butler service with my lease from them last year. They first picked my car up, kept it for three days and returned my car to me dirtier than when it went with the excuse that the butler service was down. They then picked my car up again to do updates, kept it longer than the day because they could not complete the updates and then returned my car to me and m... read more
This place always amazes me! I just recently have gotten another Truck. They knew exactly what I wanted! It was so fast. Didn’t have to wait 2-3 hours They treat you like family! But then again why not since this is my 4th vehicle with them. John T is a hidden gem!!!
