called to schedule a recall service for my 2023 Lincoln Aviator, and the service department at Hempstead Lincoln told me they wouldn’t provide a loaner vehicle because I didn’t purchase my car from them. This is unacceptable — for a manufacturer recall, every Lincoln dealership should honor the same level of service and provide a loaner vehicle to their customers. Very difficult to actual get an actual service representative on the phone. I have had no response to my phone messages or emails. Poor , unprofessional customer service. Its a shame because I bought my vehicle there and was considering upgrading.
