Very difficult to actual get an actual service representative on the phone. I have had no response to my phone messages or emails. Poor , unprofessional customer service. Its a shame because I bought my vehicle there and was considering upgrading.
Excellent Service
Very poor service service department I was go there for my 2025 Lincoln Aviator service they denied they said where you buy, you have to go that dealership I’m asking them. I’m buying the Lincoln dealership I’m not buying any grocery store but they are denied who is supervisor there he was very rude in my suggestion. Shame on you Ford. You hire like that person.
