It is an awful entity. The people there that I have interaction with are liars, they are taking over 50% of my monthly salary as opposed to the 30% as required by HUD. In order not to lose my sec 8 voucher I have to pay $100 monthly of a BOGUS repayment agreement. I am paying $645 monthly for my rent portion. I make $361.20 per week if I get to work all 3 days. When I moved in 1990s this place was a nice place to live studio apartments my rent was like $97 a month I stayed there over 21 years they always kept the place really nice and clean always had good receptionist maintenance men were really nice. But over the time that I've stayed there close to the ending of 2015 the elevators begin to break drug activity prostitution but the outside nice and clean the inside not so much apartment were a little dated after they did have renovation back in the 2000s.
