Horrible place to live.Elevators break alot,brown water,drugs,prostitution,work orders,mice,roaches,unsanitary,the Director Ms.Goodson lies all the time to tenants and get caught in her lies.HUD needs to do an investigation in this office and fire her.Alot of tenants feel this way.They need to replace Ms.Goodson and some staff members.I am still waiting for them to fix the baseboard in my kitchen since December 2024.They cover up their dirt for each other.
Joe Pelligrini was so helpful in helping sell my mothers co op. Dealing with age and income restrictions can be a challenge but Joe guided me through the transaction. His positive attitude was so amazing . He truly is an asset when helping seniors sell their places . I cannot express how appreciative we are for his help .
Like the older ones that I know great hopefully the new lady Teresa is as nice as she sounds hopefully they will reach out to us over here many people don't know that they either moved from here? Or are doing business differently?
