Great experience here. Karen is awesome. She keeps us informed throughout the process and the turnaround time is great. Highly recommend!
Easy to make an appointment. Car was ready on time. Rep was really nice and helpful. The only thing is I have a seat belt warning light which I wanted them to look at. This was no longer under warranty and the diagnostic fee was $250. That just seemed a bit much.
John was super helpful and arranged my service appointment well!
