Car was serviced that morning while I waited. Very comfortable waiting room, and super nice staff.
This location is by far the worst dealership I have ever been too. Took my car in to get serviced was given Service Advisor William Artis. When speaking with customers he has a tone like he is about to fall asleep mixed with a condescending attitude. My car was left at this dealership for days with no communication whatsoever from him, all you can do is leave messages and hope he returns your call which he never will. Vehicle turnover was fine however the vehicle report card was very incomplete. TERRIBLE customer service skills. Waited in their lounge for 7+ hours for my vehicle back just for them to shout my name from their office. Upon arrival I had no idea who was dealing with me and the guy that was assisting me just said “follow me” and immediately walked away, halfway to his office before I could even grab my coat, no mention of leaving keys in or whatever. They had our car 3 weeks. We either can't get in touch with our service rep, aren't given any clear responses on when we can expect our car back or get hung up on. They also have no loaner cars for us to use.
Made an appointment online today for 4pm for an inspection. Arrived at 3:15pm only to be told the technicians work until 4pm and they cannot take care of my car. Claim the new online reservation system is wrong. First time is my last time at Hempstead Ford.
