Have had insurance through Hempkins for 2 years anytime around renewal I would call wanting to talk to someone about finding a cheaper plan that would fit my needs and be greeted by the phone operator stating “we’re constantly working to find better rates and deals for our customers someone will get with you” take my info down and days, weeks go by nothing not a word from anyone.
