Waited all morning for someone to show up for an appointment. No one did so I called and was told they were busy and no one was coming. No courtesy call, nothing! Then basically told there were only 4 people there and if I didn’t like it I should go elsewhere. Very rude and unprofessional. This was a major Red Flag. Nope. Not the kind of contractor I want doing work at my house. One that doesn’t show up, doesn’t call and then tries to make it seem like it was my fault. Nope. No way no how!
Placed an order online on April 21st, receive an email stating I won't be charged until item ships. On April 27th I notice I was charged on the 21st yet no emails about shipment of my item. I called and asked about my item after being on hold for about 8 minutes or so I am told it's shipping today. The woman who said she was President of the company became very belligerent when I asked why I got an email stating I wouldn't be charged until it ships and yet I charged 6 days ago.
