Closing time here says 4:30 pm. Arrived for pre surgical tests and found outpatient closed before 4 pm. By 4 all staff were gone!
Staff unwilling to help. Refused to help my mother when being seen. Worst place around. Always unable to help at the outpatient sign in desk. If ur unable to help and do your job I think AHN should hire new people who will be willing to help an do there job effectively
