RecommendedBeen going there for about 25 years, Dr. Edkin truly cares about your pets. We’ve gone through a lot of pets through the years, they were always wonderful and caring. Highly recommend them!

My adult cat needed to have a cyst removed off her eyelid. Dr. Edkin did such a good job! My cat was acting completely normal afterwards and her eye looks so much better. He did a really good job at explaining everything so that it was easy for me to understand. His prices are very reasonable! I would highly recommend Hempfield Animal Hospital if you are looking for a new vet in Lancaster!
The Best ever Animal Hospital around. Dr Edkin and staff are awesome. Everyone is top notch and they give great care for our fur babies. They all truly care about our little "wee people" in our homes and hearts!
Today we said goodbye to our sweet Bella. She was the best girl ever and I can’t thank Dr. Edkin and staff for the compassion shown us. We’re new patients but they treated us as if we’ve been there forever. I look forward to the rest of our crew meeting them. Thank you for your kindness.
Dr. Edkin is the best veterinarian! We have been taking our pets to him for many years, and are so very grateful for the care that he and his staff provide!
