Love the entire staff. Especially Dr. Cortez and Ofelia. My daughter has been with them for very long time.
Very bad at emergency based needs. A couple years ago, I had a bad sprain after a nose bleed, and took staff over 2 hours to let us know if we could use the amicar. And very recently I needed them to sign a paper which took 3 weeks. Didn’t decide to communicate that they were having issues communicating with a dental office. The second star is for the good people otherwise service speed and communication are pretty bad.
Hands down the BEST medical staff! From checking in & out with Lindsey, to in the exam room with RN, AJ, you are in amazing hands. You are treated with the best care, spoken to kindly, and given best knowledge you could ask for. Dr. Abdul-Rashid is sweet and informative!
