Staff was pleasant and efficient. They explained everything from payment to possible procedures needed. The nurse answered all my questions and was respectful. Dr Fong is amazing, she explained what would happen and made the experience as comfortable as possible considering the circumstances. My husband was allowed to sit with me in the room until the examination and procedure because when scheduling I asked if they could add him as an authorized guest, which they had no problem doing.
The front office staff was so RUDE!!!!! They spoke to me and my husband who was having the procedure so rude. They also informed us that I could not wait in the waiting room and that I needed to come in to get him when the procedure was over. They did not offer or give any patient care . The center in Sandy Springs needs to be closed down. I’m a registered nurse and I’ve never seen such horrible concerns for patients, the only concern was payment. We drove over 400 miles to see Dr. Goldman for treatment (September 4th) and was deny service by the front desk woman (Yareth). She said my wife could not sit in the lobby area, which had plenty of empty chairs, and my wife (a senior citizen) would have to wait in a hot car until after my appointment. Don't waste your time or money on this heartless medical facility.
As a healthcare professional myself , I seek out providers who genuinely care for their patients and offer valuable support. Dr. Fong helped me heal a painful fissure, and I’m now reading her insightful book while continuing to focus on prevention. I highly recommend Dr. Fong!
