I just got a hemmorridectomy and a fissurectomy from Dr. Jeffery Cohen. I called Saturday morning, because pains were becoming unbearable. The patient representative informs me the "On-Call Doctor" is present and will return my call within 20 minutes. I can't remember his name, but this doctor was the most angriest and rudest doctor I've ever spoken to. Dr Fong is an exceptional physician who treated my family member with the utmost care and outstanding medical advice. She is also an incredible humanitarian. I am so impressed with her and this office. What a godsend.
