I went in to find out if they could cut 2 pieces of glass for my Curio cabinet. Said would get to it soon as possible! I left it at about 2:45 and B J called me at 4 and said it was cut! Quick and easier than trying to order them! Just put them in and they fit fine!! Thanks B J. Go Bucks!
If I could give no stars, I would. Obviously this company is sooooo busy with large construction jobs they don't need small business anymore. I phoned the Sidney office today was told I was being transferred to another department. After no less than 15 rings the phone was answered by what seemed to be someone's cell phone voice mail. I left a message, but no one bothered to phone back. Glad I've got other glass companies to recommend when clients need insurance work and that the situation wasn't an emergency.
