RecommendedMy husband and I toured the numerous housing options offered by this family business in Somerset, PA. Rosanne and Brenda were just two of the kind and courteous staff that we met. Looking forward to meeting up again in the future.
Had insulated skirting installed several years ago. First year had a problem and they said it would be OK. Second year, same problem. They somewhat fixed it and billed me $60. Third year same problem. Notified them again. They said they're very busy but would write a work order. After a month no one called or even come to look at it. Called them again. Just had new skirting installed and they did a flawless job!
Brenda, Has gone above and beyond helping to get us into our new home. Any time that we have had a concern she has done everything she can to help. If you are looking for a new home I would definitely call her and Hemminger Homes.
Worst landlords ever. They wont fix anything right and when you tell them there is more to the problem, all you get is attitude. Rent goes up but nothing gets done. Potholes big enough to swallow your car. Sewage everywhere in my yard. Don't let the rent be late though. I guess the money goes towards the pulling truck.
Brenda was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was great to work with on ordering our house and during the construction phase as well. Everyone at Hemmingers was very nice and great to work with. I would recommend Brenda and hemminger homes to anyone!!!!
Have lived in one of their mobile home parks for 17 years now and their customer service is great They're professional, courteous and so thoughtful. without a doubt living here so long needless to say love it here.
Five stars and then some! Losing everything when my house burned, introduced me to the caring, wonderful Hemminger's Homes people. Being older, without the expertise of Brenda, Sam, and all those that helped getting all things resolved so that I now have a beautiful house on my hill again! These people really care and do everything needed to help when things get a bit hairy, all in a very professional way.....but they also become friends, caring, loving friends!
