Our hot water service broke down late on a friday afternoon and we thought we would be left without without hot water all weekend. However, we called HPS and Leigh came to our rescue early the next day and replaced the unit for us! We were extremely grateful for the efficient response and action. Admistration service was prompt and Jasmine was kind and considerate of our situation. Prompt, Quality service, and Well priced. We would highly recommend HPS.
We recently had sewer issues, where our drains were bubbling and blocking up throughout the house. We gave HPS a call and Leigh came out that day. He used his camera to inspect the sewerline and determined tree roots were causing our issues. On the spot, he was able to clear the tree roots from the pipes using the high pressure jetter! We found him very knowledgeable and professional, giving us an accurate and prompt outcome to our issue. We will be using HPS again.
