I love my apartment. I feel safe Bill takes good care of our building. If there is any problems Christa gets right on them. We are fortunate to have her. Have given any thought to building or buying v I am new phiadelphia. There aren't buildings there like this one. Jan Ochsenbine
Hemming Crossing is a nice place to live. We moved from out of state and had no problem. Krista wasn't her then others have and they were nice except for Brandy. Krista is very helpful and friendly. You can talk to her about anything and she will listen anytime you need her.

Krista was great on helping me with everything. The transition moving here has been really great. Everything in the photos that is shown are correct there’s no photo shop of the apartments. I honestly think I’ve found my happy place.
I spoke with Jenna today 2.26.25 about renting from Hemming Crossing. The level of Customer Service that I received from Jenna was absolutely Incredible. We spoke for a long time but she never not once made me feel that I was asking too many questions. Thank You Jenna for taking the time to fully explain in detail, and making sure that my needs will be met living at Hemming Crossing. Looking forward to moving in. October 2025 Update.
