We've come here the past 9 years and have loved it. The location can't be beat - it's convenient to the downtown area. You can explore without the drive or parking hassle. However, the last couple of times we've noticed the beds have become uncomfortable. We left a night early to avoid another sleepless night. Might be time for some new mattresses. The staff is always polite, though not always there.
I made a confirmed reservation directly through the hotel’s own website to stay for one night. A few hours later, I received a notice that my reservation was canceled without any explanation. When I called the hotel, the receptionist told me it was due to “overbooking.” I find this very disappointing and unprofessional—especially since I booked directly with the hotel and not through a third-party site.
