Initial experience with Hemlock was good from the quote, planning and speaking with the individuals doing the work. My old raised deck and lower deck were torn down and the upper deck was replaced. The old footings were demolished and helical anchors used for the new structure. My concerns were seen after completion. There were over 30 screws and bolts of various sizes left scattered over my yard and were not picked up. I needed a porch rebuild on my older home. Hemlock Contracting came in and put the porch roof on stilts, demolished the porch underneath, and rebuilt a fresh new porch...all within a week and a half. Their crew was always nothing short of professional! (A special thanks to Alex...you and your crew did, GREAT!) Only took 2 days to build the 10x10 porch. They cleaned everything that was left. No issues.
