My tank over flowed. So Hemley came and pumped me out. They stated I had a broken baffle and I needed the drain field jetted in case sludge ended up in my outlet pipe. This is were the fun begins. Haley tech pumped some water down a couple inches to get to the outlet nozzle and jetted the main pipe but no sludge came out. They stopped work and recommended a whole new drain field worth $10-15,000 in case bioMass was blocking the flow. They never installed a baffle and walked away. I called for routine service. A young man came out and looked around, poked a stick down about 8 inches and said it was too deep and I needed to get and extivator to dig it up and then he left. How lazy! I’ve used their service many times in port orchard and was greatly disappointed.

Rate as a 5/5. The company was reasonable and did a great job and came to my house sooner than I expected which was great. The Tech was friendly and professional.
