I brought my daughter in for her first eye exam last night. When I had originally booked the appointment, we were told the end of October. We received three phone calls after that with appointments that had opened up, and got a text last night at 4:30 that we could be there at 6:45! That effort on your behalf was exceptional and appreciated. The office girls were a pleasure to deal with, and made my daughter feel comfortable..... thanks for a great experience!
Dr. Hemler and his staff rock! They are always friendly and helpful! Great eyewear selections are a plus too.

Called to see if they were accepting new patients and they offered me a cancellation slot for an hour later. I gave them my info and rushed from Frederick to get to the appointment. I was later than the timeslot, filled out the forms when I got there and they were able to move things around and see me with no noticable inconvenience. Everyone was kind and welcoming and I look forward to future visits. Being a technology professional, I was impressed by their use of technology to provide the best care and service.
