I scheduled to replace my nexplanon and needed to first get current on my physical. Dr. Sasikala has great energy and made me feel at ease since the beginning. During my appointment for the removal and insertion of my nexplanon there was never an opportunity for my anxiety to set in. She regularly checked in on how I was doing. Both appointments I left in a better mood than when I arrived

From the beginning, Dr Hemkumar was very unprofessional with me. If I could give zero stars I would. She spoke so loudly to me that it was almost a shout. She shamed me for my condition to the point that I avoided going to her for over a year. She refused to examine me, saying she wouldn't do so until my issue was cleared. Very good hands on Dr that is welcoming and warm hearted. She builds a connection w her clients and is very professional and respectful. So glad I was referred to her. Also, front desk people are always so kind and attentive.
