HemisView Village Apartments This complex has dirty hallways, a very dark garage because the lights are not replaced (vehicle got broken into), no parking for family/visitors and laundry room is also dark with no lights. No security and doors that should be locked to outside are broken and have never been fixed. Owners must get a cut back for towing vehicles, must be why security gates are left open. The staff is nice enough but there are major issue for the amount of money being paid for these apartments. My first week living here, my car was broken into along with multiple other cars. There are not security cameras, so nothing could be done. Multiple residents have more than one dog, which is not allowed. Even more residents don't pick up after there dogs. There is literally dog shit on the side walks outside, in elevators, and in walk ways. The management won't do anything about this besides leaving letters on every... read more
