During the scheduled closing and funding day, communication was very disappointing. Although the closing was ultimately completed and funds were received (one day later), there was little transparency throughout the process. Despite proof that required documents had been delivered early in the day, we were later told they had not been located until much later. Very pleasant and easy closing this was my very first closing and I am very happy with the service received!
