Very rude person answered the phone. My insurance company listed them in my network so I called to schedule an appointment. I was rudely told they have never accepted my insurance plan and that I could pay cash. All I had said was "Oh". Its not my fault my insurance listed them in my network. I didn't say anything mean first to warrant such a rude reaction. No excuse to be rude to someone looking for psychiatric help.
Was in a dark place, ultimately quit/lost my job over how I was. Sheldon Jenkins saved me. I am in a new job that I love, im friendlier to people, happy to be alive and I owe it all to her. Thank you!
