We moved to Seaside Heights in September 2024, although we have only been to Hemingway's for drinks during a couple of events. Tonight we went to eat there for our first time and both my wife and I ordered only off the specials menu. Their Lobster Bisque is to die for. There is tons of lobster meat and very tasty (no salt or pepper needed at all). My wife got the Halibut special with fresh asparagus and risotto, and it was delicious. The food tastes good, although deep-fried items are a bit over fried and hard, and the roasted potatoes are a bit undercooked. The service is good, although I never understood this "trying to take the plate away the same time asking the customer are you still working on it when they are still eating from the plate"(please, don't do that.)
