I see that this reviewer gave a 5 star review, and I am glad this person had a good experience. Unfortunately, my husband and I had a completely different result. After 5 years of counseling, we were probably more negatively impacted than benefitted. Never once were sessions begun at the scheduled time, but were always concluded at the supposed time allotment.
