If you’re actually looking for medical help, go anywhere else. My husband has been trying to get proper care from this office, and they have done everything except help. The staff is rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. They’ll tell you one thing to your face, then turn around and give your insurance company a completely different story — and you’re the one left jumping through hoops to fix it. I did not have a great experience at Hemet Valley Urology. I was left in pain waiting on scheduling over a month. No compassion, no real communication, after reading all the Google reviews I felt confident going here only to be let down. They did not care that I was in pain. I'm not sure what changed or that Google is allowing fake reviews super disappointed.

I chose this office based on the Google reviews, but unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Purohit was very disappointing. The doctor came across as unprofessional and dismissive. Despite being in pain, I was made to wait over an hour and a half without any support or update—an experience that felt uncaring and unnecessary. I do not recommend Dr. Purohit. This was one of the worst interactions I've ever had with a doctor. I was not treated with the respect or care every patient deserves. Communication was poor, and the overall experience left me feeling dismissed and unheard. If you're looking for compassionate, professional medical care, I suggest looking elsewhere.
