I got here 11pm left 12m was the last person and then some people just pass sonority up this is the worst hospital ever never come here if you want to live.
Ever since KPC took over management, the services are way beter.
If you want to feel cared for don't go here. I came in for an emergency and they stuck me outside with Covid positive patients to be tested even though I didn't have matching symptoms. I waited for 8 hours in the hot sun 110° as there was a tent with no hand wipes, no water, no sanitizer, nothing. No social distancing. Everyone was crammed together. My grandfather was taken by ambulance, due to COVID we are not able to be there with him. At home extremely worried about his condition we were told to call at 12:30. We call back and no one gave us ANY information. Called back multiple times and got told that they are to busy to help and said they would call us. Still no call and no information about the condition of our grandfather. RIDICULOUS. instead of guessing what is wrong with someone, actually find out. dont say someone has something when you didnt even test for it. ended up going back next day and he was admitted but transferred to another hospital. if it wasnt for me calling my dr office after hours line he would of been sent home again. never had a problem till now with this hospital. nurses standing around talking about home life instead of actually working. dr just say whatever they want as to whats wrong with someone. really. could have almost killed h... read more

the billing department doesn't pay attention to who they are charging. they charged cigna for service that i never received. And Patricia won't even return phone calls from me or my insurance company. I've never been to California day in my life.
