We had our roof top unit replaced at the end of summer in 2022. Once winter started, our heater had not been consistent. We called to have the unit checked in January of 2023. We were told the unit was working fine and that our thermostat was not working. They suggested that we buy a new unit and that would correct the issue. I’m so tired of crooks like this place I paid top dollar to have a mini split system in my guest house. I called right away with issues and got a whole mouthful from my tech which is the owners son. He didn’t want to come back to fix his work so I called his mother the owner. She was supposed to call me months ago and nothing, just called her again and she said they are still too busy. Don’t use these crooks, find a better more reputable company for your needs.
