Dr.Adhikari and her team is the best.
Dr. Adhikari is truly one of the BEST pediatricians! My son has special needs and requires extra patience, as well as frequent paperwork for different programs, and Dr. Adhikari never hesitates to help. The front office staff are also amazing, always kind, polite, and welcoming. Every visit is such a wonderful experience!
I called to make an appointment for my daughter. We had an agreed upon time the following day and they were making an account because we were new patients. I was placed on hold for so long the call disconnected. When I called the next morning to confirm the appointment I was notified they had filled the appointment with other patients. When I provided the name of who was helping me I was notified she was off for the day. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessional and unsatisfactory service.
