So far, my experience has been very pleasant. The window staff has been helpful and the Dr is very attentive and helpful. I've been getting assistance for almost two years now with my cousin.
I been going here for 4 yrs om very very picky Dr. Searcy has been my doctor only was just told she will be leaving the office I'm very saddened she is the best of the best!!!! I will truly miss you. Teresa is also the bestest ever!!!! Can't wait to have my appt with you...
My doctor was great but the staff at the front desk need help. Initially gave me their card with fax ,well that fax don't work so my documents for work were delayed . When I told them I needed my medical record I was told " no problem " ,later was told I had to do paper work to request it and it takes 8 weeks , when I asked months ago . Now my paperwork is once again delayed . ( Which also makes my disability payments delayed ) Now myself and 5 kids are in the street
