I don’t know what’s going on in that place but I went in for a psychiatric appointment with Dr. Janice. Cochrane and I have never been so unimpressed with a professional doctor then I was today. Her evaluation of me was completely off, half of the things she diagnosed me with she had never even asked me about.
Great place help my adult boys and they care .
The staff here are very rude and unprofessional and I'm not necessarily talking about the people at the front desk. I'm talking about Arturo (known as "Art", one of the counselors). After a while of visiting this place, I heard at least three people complaining about him and they were not wrong. He always has a horrible attitude, never meets up with his clients via appointments, and literally stares down clients making them feel uncomfortable.
