I've been coming to this doctor's office for about 5 years and I've got nothing but excellent service. Especially want to give a shout out to Maria partido. She is super good at her job and excellent people skills. When your own doctor even brags about her you know that's good It's obvious she's one of the main drivers in the office. My appointment was at 8:30 and I am still here at 11:03am. Don't expect to mich from a location in Hemet.
I've had an abnormal MRI and the provider had sent in a STAT referral . This was back in sept. Till this day i have not received a call or a letter that it has been approved. I've called the office and they said stated they did submit the referral then i called again and they told me they were going to submit it. They gave me the referral coordinator number. Left them several messages, no call back. I called my insurance and my medical group, they stated that a referral has not been submitted. They tried calling them several... read more
