My father is a patient at this clinic. I am just curious as to why their mission statement is the PATIENT COMES FIRST? I understand Drs and nurses are overwhelmed and struggle to keep up, but the easiest thing in the world is to be KIND. Why not be that when you’re dealing with critically ill patients and their caregivers? I don’t think being compassionate is too much to ask for! If you don’t want to take care of sick people get the hell out of healthcare, it’s really that simple!
