So incredibly happy with this place! Very easy to make an appointment, they handled insurance info right away too. All staff was so nice and friendly, I honestly felt like I’d always known them. They were very patient with my talkative 10 year old as well. The only downside I faced was there being very limited options on frames for IEHP/Medi-cal (I forgot which was used) but when u have a staff and a Dr as awesome as this place it don’t even matter to me
Everyone is super nice and welcoming! I just switched to this office and no regrets at all.
Lisa and Jasmine are so sweet and so very helpful my experience so far has been great with them So if you go in there, make sure to ask for either of them. My nephew has been without glasses for 3 weeks and not because of them it’s out of there control we’ll My poor nephew is practically blind without them But Lisa has made It possible for him to get his glasses and literally put his eyes inside of a frame with no cost if I have to recommend this place, I would give it a 10 out of 10 go ask for Lisa or Jasmine.
