My mother had a crown placed by Dr. Judith Ko and has been complaining of pain for months afterward. Despite repeatedly bringing up her concerns, the pain continued to worsen. She expressed in April to Dr. Ko she was experiencing pain in the tooth and was dismissed. Two weeks ago she returned for a cleaning and expressed concerns of it hurting and being swollen and she told her that her bite was off and she reshaped the crown. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service, the staff, and Dr. Ko herself. The care, the time, the expertise of ALL involved (from front to back office) was stellar! I highly recommend this office of professionals to the community of Hemet. I left the office with THE BRIGHTEST SMILE (smooth and clean), with no pain, no issues, and feeling like I can light up the world with my new SMILE.
I called Dr. Ko's office and left a detailed message saying I'd cracked a tooth and wanted to be seen. As soon as I hung up, I got a text message instructing me to respond via text describing in detail the reason for my call. I texted back that they should listen to my vm and get back to me. Dr. Ko and all the ladies in the office are absolutely amazing they have been kind and patient while I underwent a lot of work including dental implants. Dr. Pledger whom she recommended for the implant part of the procedure was amazing as well and the crowns that Dr. Ok placed on the implants are absolutely beautiful. If you want a dentist who does amazing work and cares about her patients Dr. Ko is definitely my recommendation.
