I took my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan in by appt for recall repair services. I was assisted by Diego Rivera (yes, same famous name as world famous artist). I was greeted by Bob at the drive-up service location. For the first time I can ever remember, my vehicle was ready in the time frame quoted me of 2 hours.
