I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Homer Skelton and would not recommend this dealership based on how my repair has been handled. I brought my RAM to Homer Skelton because it was overheating. At the time I dropped it off, there were no check engine lights or diagnostic codes. I was told the turbo coolant system had failed and needed replacement. The repair cost approximately $3,200, and I was informed that the coolant system had been flushed as part of the repair. They Fabricated finding hot spots on my 2024 Ram 1500 with 37k miles. Had a third party go inspect the truck and no hot spots were found. They charged me $1000 for a jeep that had a safety recall on it. Then to hide their fraud they called my lender and said it was abandoned and had it hauled off after I had already sent them a certified letter telling them not to touch my truck due to upcoming litigation. I recently bought a new vehicle at Hondru Dodge/Jeep/Ram. Unbelievable experience! Jorge and Eric were great. They explained everything in detail and made the process painless. They also followed up with me multiple times leading up to and after the sale to make sure I understood everything and was 100% satisfied. Really appreciate the experience. Bought a new 2026, RAM RHO great dealership Layndin the sales person was awesome. Everything went super quick. Did my financing over the phone delivered the truck to my front door Thank you. Incompetent liars!! I was not going to leave a review even though I had a horrible experience but it just KEPT GETTING WORSE. The one star goes to the gentleman who helped with my insurance needs, Joshua. He was the ONLY one I believed did not lie. The others I will not name, they know who they are. Less than honest company. I inquired about a specific vehicle and asked if the title was a rebuilt title. They answered no and commented that it had a previous engine light that was resolved. They failed to disclose that the car was manufactures buy back until I came to test drive it. Even then the salesman tried to sugar coat the reason it was a buy back and that the title was Branded as a buy back. Branded titles can be difficult to finance and to get insurance on.
