RecommendedWe dined there during restaurant week and we were able to order from the regular menu or the special menu. We ordered from the special menu and were very happy with our meals. The butter cake for dessert was very good, the salmon for dinner was exceptional and Rhode Island Chowder, never had it before but would have it again. Our server Ashley was personable and efficient.
Foods great but what makes it so special is the staff. It was quiet on this day, so staff answered my friends 8 year olds challenge to eat a spoon of hot sauce and salt. It was fantastic fun. Staff went above and beyond. Oysters were lovely, Prosecco yummy and a great time was had all around.
Hemenway’s never disappoints. Food is always delicious, perfect size menu and service always a 10. Consistently a great dining experience.

Wow what can I say about this place everything from the service to the food was excellent. Being from Houston, Texas I heard that the quality of seafood in New England is second to known and Hemingway’s did not disappoint and they made our anniversary one to remember. I am definitely going to recommend this place
