Moved in 3 years ago. First, half of the power didn’t work because there was a rat nest In the fuse panel box. Then our heater never worked; reported it many times. Then our fridge cut out and it took them 4 days to replace. Then the other half of the power went out due to bad wiring. Hot water pressure was an issue we had to fix on our own. Our bathroom sink leaked and they never fixed it after we reported it
