One star is very generous for this practice
Dr Hemelt is a specialist with no compassion. Her anal procedures are cumbersome. She becomes agitated if you question her or ask what she thinks is excessive questions. Her office has high turnover which is revealing, with only her office manager being the consistent staff, but he is almost a clone of her in his anality. You always wait an excessive amount of time. Doesn't listen to patient concerns and is just quick to prescribe meds. Her staff is also very rude. I quit going to them because of it and found a new neurologist that actually took the time to listen and come of with a plan of care.
Dr Hemelt saw my wife very quickly when she was in severe pain due to a ruptured disc in her back. She was very caring and very thorough in her examination. She recommended surgery and referred her to DrTom Reilly. The result from the surgery was excellent. Thank you Dr Hemelt!
