I am always greeted with a smile and a handshake by Dr. Kolli.I feel I am always treated well by Dr. Kolli and his staff. My visits never feel rushed or like they are just trying to get me through quickly. Dr. Kolli always takes the time to answer any questions that I have and will even look up information for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Kolli to family and friends and anyone looking for a new doctor.
WOW ~ I moved from San Diego County and retired here in HEMET CA with my Husband almost 4 years ago. I find Hemet as the DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH. I can't Thank Dr. Kolli, NP Crystal, and ALL STAFF enough from th Start of Care and Current Care has been a seemless transition for a New PCP in the Riverside County: East Hemet. Too many patients 😪. Very unfortunate practitioners Merie. This was seriously considered 🤔 for the Justice of Senior citizens who she dismissed from Dr. Kolli appt. He ended up in the hospital for her neglected practice.
Up to this point, I have had nothing but positive experiences at the office. I called because I had submitted several requests through the patient portal and had not received any response. When I called, I was connected to the referrals department. The person who answered the phone completely disregarded my concern about not receiving a response to my requests.
