Office is unorganized and it’s impossible to make follow up visits … the staff take forever to answer the phone, you sit on hold phone forever and half the time accidentally hang up on you. Not helpful at all. Trying to reach your oncologist is almost impossible. I would give a zero star if it was possible. Awful

During my wife’s treatment in the Rancho Mirage office, it became clear there was no interest in her care. From a nurse calling my wife to ask for her Social Security number to file a Medicare claim for some “very expensive” anti-nausea patches to their lackadaisical approach to pain relief medication refills to you ordering Zarxio and a platelet transfusion completely without explanation it was evident this was second class medical care. Place is awful , if you want to live don't get cancer treatment from them Doctors don't care and tell you that they won't help you find out what going on and it's "not their problem", the doctor could care less The office staff is cold with no compassion which matches the doctor. The nurses who deal with referalls are very rude and make you feel bad You may end up dying if you trust these people to be your oncologist because you will go for months without treatment whole it speads rapidly throyour body.
