I just want to say i am very thankful for everyone in this office, they have gone above and beyond for my care forever grateful
Friendly staff and very nice doctor. I would really recommend this place.
Although Dr. Gill was a good doctor the communication with the office is impossible. I left numerous messages with the answering service and never received 1 call back. I had to continously call about getting prior authorization completed even having my insurance conference call with me. If you have options to go somewhere else I would.
I'm stuck with this office that has no communication skills and calls last minute to cancel appointment claiming that I didn't do lab work that NO ONE told me needed to be completed or one test that takes longer than the other three hasn't come in so they try again to reschedule. What's worse about that is that a couple times they let me walk in for my scheduled appointment then try to reschedule. Took 9 attempts to get a folliow up visit with this group, I was accompanied by my husband when meeting with oncologist. Oncologist was rude, condescending and ill prepared. He said I have DCIS which I had written on patient form. He did not refer to any other documentation regarding my case. He drew a picture of breast on table sheet explaining I had multiple calcifications and he went on to say ‘you had a lumpectomy right? and he would not be treating me with any hormones therapy.
